Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

Free UK standard home delivery when you spend £20.00 or more.

Orders are delivered Monday – Friday to the UK only. We don’t deliver on weekends or Bank holidays

For order value of less than £20.00 the delivery cost is £1.99. This is not a guaranteed next-day service.

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm on the same day (depending on stock availability).

Any orders placed after 1pm will normally be dispatched the following day.

Orders placed after 1pm Thursday, Friday or over the weekend may be dispatched on the following Monday (unless this is a bank holiday, in which case it will be dispatched on Tuesday).

Returns:

We will be more than happy to offer a refund for any unworn items returned to us in their original and undamaged packaging within 30 days of placing the order.

• If you require an alternative size or colour for your product, please re-order via our website.
• Please complete the returns slip in your parcel with all the details so we can fully identify your return and process your refund as soon as possible. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in a delayed or unfulfilled refund.
• The costs of returning any goods are the responsibility of the sender.
• Upon receipt of the goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods returned (subject to the adjustments below).
• Please note, that refunds are normally immediate, but some payment providers can take up to 10 days.
• We strongly recommend using a signed-for delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

Policy for Partial Returns and Order Adjustments

Our promotional offers and free services are applied based on the final, retained value of your order. If a partial return causes the retained value of your order to fall below the eligibility threshold for an offer, the benefit of that offer will be adjusted in your refund calculation.

Adjustment of Free Delivery: If a return reduces the final value of the items kept to less than £20.00, the standard delivery charge of £1.99 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Adjustment of Promotional Discounts: Refunds for partially returned orders will be calculated based on the prorated discounted price of the returned item. This means you will be refunded the amount you effectively paid for the returned item after the discount was applied. The discount applied to items you keep will remain valid.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order and your goods are faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of your order using shop@babysquids.co.uk. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights if the goods are damaged or faulty in any way.
