Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

Free UK standard home delivery when you spend £15.00 or more.

Orders are delivered Monday – Friday to the UK only. We don’t deliver on weekends or Bank holidays

For order value of less than £15.00 the delivery cost is £1.99. This is not a guaranteed next-day service.

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm on the same day (depending on stock availability).

Any orders placed after 1pm will normally be dispatched the following day.

Orders placed after 1pm Thursday, Friday or over the weekend may be dispatched on the following Monday (unless this is a bank holiday, in which case it will be dispatched on Tuesday).

Returns:

If you require an alternative size or colour for your product, please re-order via our website. We will be more than happy to offer a refund for any unworn items returned to us in their original and undamaged packaging within 30 days of placing the order. Please complete the returns slip in your parcel with all the details so we can fully identify your return and process your refund as soon as possible. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in a delayed or unfulfilled refund.

The costs of returning any goods are the responsibility of the sender.

Please return any items in compliance with these conditions to the address below, within 30 days of receipt. We do strongly recommend using a signed-for delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

Upon receipt of the goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods returned. Please note, that refunds are normally immediate, but some payment providers can take up to 10 days.

We are unable to guarantee we can cancel orders prior to dispatch, however if you contact us immediately we may be able to do so. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order where your goods are faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of your order using shop@babysquids.co.uk. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights if the goods are damaged or faulty in any way.
